2. Prohibited Content & Generation Restrictions

You may not use our Service to upload, generate, preview, synthesize, or distribute any content that falls into the following prohibited categories:

Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content: Any nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, lewd, or explicit imagery.
Child Exploitation (Zero Tolerance): Any imagery or depiction depicting, promoting, or related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Non-Consensual Imagery & Impersonation: Uploading photographs of individuals without their explicit, informed consent.
Face-Swap, Deepfakes & Deceptive Manipulation: Utilizing the Service to fabricate deepfakes, impersonate celebrities or public figures, manipulate facial identities deceptively, or produce political disinformation.
Violence, Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, physical harm, self-harm, hate speech, bullying, defamation, discrimination, or terrorism.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Materials that infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or trade secrets of third parties.

3. Automated Moderation & Content Screening

To maintain platform safety and comply with global regulatory standards:

All user-submitted prompts, style modifiers, and custom text inputs are screened through automated real-time moderation mechanisms prior to model inference.
Requests flagged or classified as violating content safety thresholds will be automatically denied.
Attempting to bypass, jailbreak, or tamper with our automated screening filters constitutes a material breach of this Policy.

4. Independent Brand Disclosure & AI Integrations

Independent Platform: TryOnWigs is an independent proprietary product and web interface developed specifically for virtual hairstyle fitting and wig visualization.
Third-Party Model Disclaimer: Our Service may utilize underlying third-party generative artificial intelligence APIs and computing models (such as models from Google, OpenAI, or specialized inpainting frameworks). TryOnWigs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, or any underlying model creators.

5. Violations & Account Enforcement

We reserve the right to review inputs and system logs for compliance. If a violation of this Policy is detected, we may take immediate action, including:

Rejecting generation requests;
Suspending or permanently terminating user accounts without refund;
Blacklisting associated IP addresses or payment profiles;
Escalating severe, unlawful violations to relevant law enforcement agencies.
